I've lived about 13 miles from Old Warden for the last 4 years and, no,
I've never been there either, and neither do I get the benefits of the
Duxford flyovers - maybe I should be grateful - I moved to my present
address from a village close to Luton Airport's flight path and, in the
summertime, that was pretty noisy!
On the credit side, we do have a local 'Stately Home' and I HAVE taken a
few photos there, but, only as the occasion arose. I guess, like a lot of
hobbyists, photography is an opportunity led pasttime rather than a driving
one.
