The whole thing about all this is that it is in most cases Olympus America that seems to have the bad attitude and horrible customer service. Olympus Japan and maybe Olympus Europa OTOH seem to be much better about their business practices regarding the OM system. If Olympus America is giving you the run around at least Olympus Japan will give you a straight yes or no answer.
