My personal opinion is, for what it is worth, that there really is no
chicken and egg situation. Clint said that when he gets around to
selling some of *his* stuff where he is not legally bound to sell in
a public auction, then he will post a notice here first. This is as
people usually do around here.
For the abandonned stuff he's selling, he's got legal obligations.
Noone can blame him for thinking of those first. What I read is, that
Clint just post a notice to proactively prevent that any listees
become upset (over something that noone should be upset about,
really).
And, btw., should Clint be posting a notice here to his own auctions,
that would not be the end of the world, would it? After all. Clint
contributes so much more to the list than just auction notices....
The only thing I am "upset" about with Clint's auctions is, that it
seems that Photosphere only mails in north america. I guess the CDFO
is happy, though...:)
