Tamron Adaptall mounts and OM-4s have been discussed many times on the list.
Some have a counterbored screw that will shear off the button on the OM-4
lens mount, some don't. Just look at your mount as perform the mounting
process a few mm away from the camera. If the screw passes over the button,
go fill the recess with 5-minute epoxy and forget about it.
