To be mosquitoe proof, cloth must be kept away from the skin or be of a very
tight weave such as rip-stop nylon. Their little proboscis will go right
through a loose weave material. If you rub your skin with a mixture of ashes
and mud they tend to leave you alone but so does everyone else.

A heavy duty pair of pajama bottoms with the footsies would help eliminate
mosquito penetration. The macho hiking boots can be worn over them if
desired.
