[OM] Re:Wanted, Doubler or extension tube

Before I hit the usual places,Please allow me to start with the list?

I'm looking for a bargain grade extension tube or doubler.
Only critical part is the forward ring which interfaces with the OM lens.
(Yes, I have another hair brained idea)
