I think the Pentax ZX-5(n) has the best controls for a modern camera. One
knob for shutter speed and one knob for aperture. Set both to A and you
have programmed exposure. Set one to A and move the other and you have
aperture or shutter priority autoexposure. Set both to non-A and you have
total manual exposure control.
