Funny this came up. I was shooting some jewelry, pottery and such for a shop
the other day and while switching back and forth mirror up/mirror down for a
whole roll of film, it did occur to me that a sort of removeable blade
extension or lever on the operating button would make life easier.
Or perhaps a permanent mod to a dedicated body for such work. The ocasional
use of the lockup is not an isue for me; just using it often during a shoot
when repostioning camera and subjects, refocussing etc.
Cheers
Lee

It looks like a rewind knob off a camera modified and attached to the
mirror lock up. I want one!
