Wrong thinking, Aaron. The spores are ALWAYS present in the environment and
in your lenses. They only become a problem when the environment is right
for their growth - warm & humid. Keep all your lensesdry. Little if any
addtional risk due to the presence of one lens with fungus damage. But if
it's too bad to use, fix it or toss it. See

Is there any risk on using "fungy" lenses? I mean, are they able to
"contaminate" bodies/bellows/other lenses? Should I storage them apart
from
my clean glass?
If the spores got in, they can get out. Personally, unless I had the lens
professionally cleaned, I'd toss it. No sense putting all your other
equipment at risk.
