Since I didn't see a response to your question, I'll give it a shot.
You need the same mm extension as the mm of the lens to get to 1:1 or as
I would say 1x magnification.
So with a 90mm lens you need 90mm of extension. But the 90mm f2 macro
already has 45mm of extension built in (which gives it 1/2x mag) so all
you need to do is add another 45mm of extension ie bellows or extension
tubes to = 1x mag.

Do you know what length of extension tube is required to get 1:1 with
the 90/2?
