John commented on large electronic flashes, in comparispon to various bulbs,
that the electronic flashes have about
"same light as these did, the Metz 60 CT-? and Sunpak 622 Super".
The 622 does not have the same angular coverage as the Metz 60, so it is
actually a significantly lower powered flash, even though the GN is the same.
In fact it is barely more than a T45 if you spread the light to cover the
same angle as the T45.
The flash bulbs tend to have rather large angle coverage even with the large
reflectors, so if a polished rectangular reflector were available you
probably could do even better than the electronic units even with the samller
bulbs..
