[OM] ( OM ) OT European postal delays

Hi folks,

I discovered when talking with my Dutch mother-in-law the other night, that 
there have been (and maybe still are) postal worker strikes in the 
Netherlands.

Hence, a letter I sent her with photos, took about 8 weeks to get to her 
instead of the 8 - 9 days that is normal. She got them only 4 - 5 days ago.
