Not to get in the middle of Farmsworth and Baird - but I do seem to remember
seeing TV sets that actually carried the Baird name on them. Been a very
long time ago though.

This is one which keeps coming back. The only person with an actual name /
address / passport who invented television was John Logie Baird. He was
Scottish. All the others are like "the guy RCA stole the idea from" -
nameless and non - existent.
Evidently, lots of previous work from all over the world was brought
together in the actual invention of television, but that's true for
everything.
