Hi All
He came up with the concept of electron beam scanning for the sampling and
reproduction of images. He built the first working device to do so in 1923,
I think.
There's a monument locating his old workshop on Battery St. in San
Francisco. Unless they put a Starbucks there, like the rest of the City.
