The store I mentioned had a 21/3.5 or $229.95 a couple weeks back is
having a big sale this weekend. I went in and got the 21/3.5 for $189.95
plus tax. Seems like a pretty darned good deal to me. Maybe even a
borderline Fang (but no yard sales involved)?
While there I noticed a couple other treasures someone here maybe
interested in. They had a 50/3.5 macro that looked like it was in decent
shape (didn't look close) and an 85/2.0 that was in absolute mint
condition. I think he told me $169.95 each (that was for sure the price
on the 85/2.0).
The name of the store is Camera Club and they're in Capitola, CA. I
thought someone nearby on this list may want to know about these
potential Fangs (they might do mail order, but I really have no idea though).
Scary thing, I was greeted at the counter by one of the sales guys with
"there's the Olympus guy." They got me pegged now ;-)
