If you're referring to Brooklyn Camera Exchange - I've only made one
purchase from them, a Bounce Grip 2. I don't remember the exact rating
they gave it but it was one of the "excellent" categories. When it arrived
it looked almost new. It was in the original box including Styrofoam,
plastic envelopes, and the instruction manual. The price was very
reasonable too.
