My guess is that Craig is referring to the "Thanks" list that appears on the
last page of the 1983 and 1985 editions, and lists Clint Rumbo. These are the
only editions that have this list of credits, out of the seven that I have.
(Gary Reese says there is an eighth edition, which I've never seen.)
