Since they are the same chemistry (Silver-Oxide) they will have the same
voltage when they are fresh (this will decline with age and use). The reason
many of us prefer the 357's is that (as I understand it, please correct me if
I'm wrong) they have a slightly lower internal impedance and, therefore, can
deliver slightly higher current when needed.
