personnaly I use a Nikon ls 2000 and have no problem with slides... it's
still possible to find some at very cheap price... not as fine as Ls4000 but
still quite enough if you don't enlarge more than A4
otherwise the epson 2450 photo works quite well with slides but I use it for
larger format...
