Jochen,
I apologize, I thought I had answered. The best choice is always postal
mail. It wouldn't run more than $15, but without insurance. I usually ship
something that price without insurance as the risk of it being broken or
lost is quite low.
UPS and Fedex are not only more expensive, they are always a problem with
duties. Postal mail makes it through without duties most of the time.
Seems like a better solution.
I've only had one package lost in at least 300+ I have shipped --- and I
have always wondered if it was really lost.
