I find the 410 head to be excellent when using my big white one (250/2) and
my really big white one (Sigma 500/4.5), where the fine movement controls
are quite useful in precisely framing the shot (especially on the 500 where
the sligest movement of the head results in a six mile change in the
viewfinder).
