Not unless it came through a Washington, D.C. post office AND came with the
notice I posted yesterday about irradiated mail. From what little I know,
I don't think there's much doubt when you get mail that's been nuked.
Stuff melts, gets discolored, looks scorched, etc. If none of this
applies, there's likely no problem.
