Hi All,
First, thanks for everyone who posted on and off list with your
suggestions...
I went back to the shop today to make a deposit on the 300 and was going
to have them switch it to the 85-250; even though I'm really not much of
a
zoom dude, I agreed with one of the posters that I'd probably get more
shots
out of the zoom than the prime (I'm on the list, so sorry if I can't
remember
who that was-you know who you are >;) )
Anyway, there was a 200/4 I missed on the first go-round, for 99$, so I
bought
it instead. Clean glass, evidence of use but not mis-use, so I figured
what the
heck? I can use it tonite instead of sometime in July.
Now somebody says there's one of these 60-300 Tam's on bad fjord.
Figures.
