I've heard of non-MD bottoms as high as the 800000 range, but I think those
were from replacement bottoms. It's possible the serial number is over
one million, but if it is then it's not the original bottom which that M-1
was produced with. In fact, it may even be possible that it's not even the
original body. The only way to tell is to open up the top and see.
