Don't move to Silicon Valley... Here in San Jose, the average 1800 square
foot 3-bedroom 2-bath with a two-car garage is $400,000+ which is really
depressing. What I pay in rent is just less than my brother's house payment
in Dallas. We have the highest housing costs in the USA except Hawaii and
Manhatten, and we're not far behind them... Of course, the weather *is* nice
around here... I'll appreciate that when I'm sleeping in my car <g>!
