Thanks for your help. So, if I understand correctly, it is likely to be a
Print Film. If we want it developed, can we send it to FCA ? Do they still
exist ?? Will I get a film back if we send it to them ??!!
If not, will any standard C41 process work with this film ?
As always, the collective valuable advice of this list is gratefully
received.

Film Corporation of America, or something. They developed your film (print,
probably pretty standard chemistry, like for Kodacolor) and printed one big
one attached to two little ones; hence Tri-FCA. 127 was pretty square, they
did like 3x3 and the little ones were half the size.
I used to use the stuff all the time in my Instamatic. Once on the deal you
more or less had to, they kept sending you one with each D&P.
