[OM] in need of a repair piece for my OM4T

I need a small repair piece for my OM4T body. The small knurled rotating
nipple has separated from the end of the flip up lever on the rewind
crank. I have both the nipple and the tiny Philips headed screw [around
which the nipple rotated] but am not able to re-attach the screw to the
end of the flip up lever; they look to have been originally glued or
soldered together.

Are these flip up levers a generic product or do I have to order a
specific Olympus part?
