Actually, I was wrong. The data is all publically available, but only page
by page at http://home.earthlink.net/~pcacala/OMData/

Hello folks (copied to Gary),
I just received an e-mail from Gary Reese in which he told me that he has
decided to make more lens information publicly available on his site.
http://members.aol.com/olympusom/lenstests/default.htm
I've just taken a first glance at this and it is clear that he has put a
great deal
of work into the data collection, assembly, and linking to his pages. I
still
have to look at the new material in detail.
I'm personally very appreciative of all this. This is another great
resource for
OM users, courtesy a very skilled photographer and scientist who likes
Zuikos and OMs.
Thank you, Gary.
