If the A2 is the same as the EOS 5, then :
1. Set the mode to M ( Manual)
2. Set an aperture ( quick control dial)
3. Point at grey card, half press the shutter to activate the meter and use
the main dial to centre the LCD display in the viewfinder OR LCD panel
4. Compose shot, fully press shutter.
Or ( non - manual)
1. Set to Av ( aperture priority)
2. Set aperture.
3. Point at grey card, half press shutter to activate meter, press AE lock
button to lock in exposure.
4. Compose and shoot.
Not that much more difficult than with my OM 4. But now try flash exposure
compensation!!
I love my OM as well, but some other cameras do have some useful features.
