A-200 is a telephoto adapter lens for the IS-1 (and IS-2?) camera, turns the
135mm zoom focal length into something close to 200mm. Supposed to cause no
loss of light as it screws onto the front. Sort of a front-mounted 'matched
multiplier'.
B-28 is a wide-angle adapter lens for the IS-3, larger diameter screw-on
that the earlier cameras (55mm thread). This adapter turns the 35mm focal
length at the wide end of the zoom into about a 28mm focal length
equivalent. Again, supposed to have no effect on the light transmission.
These are popular for use (with thread adapters) on digital cameras to widen
the lens range.
