I took note of this myself, and am as yet undecided whether I
should send flowers and condolences or candy and congratulations.
Or maybe I'll succumb to my baser desires and just punch in a BIN
on his 90mm Tamron macro. Also, his absence from the list the
last few weeks has not gone unnoticed. I hope this does not
forebode a permanent absence, for he is as much a contrarian as am
I and I shall miss him -- at least a little.
