1/60th is the flash synch speed with any Olympus T-series flash or a 3rd 
party flash (Sunpak, etc.). ONLY with the Olympus F280 flash will the OM-4T 
synch at all speeds. This is due to the special loooonnng series of flash 
bursts the F280 puts out.
