That's the size of the *negative*, Kierstin, *not* the print! A 6x7 negative
is 4,200 square millimetres, whereas a 35mm negative (like in the Olympus) is
36x24mm, or 864 square millimetres. In other words, the 6x7 negative has
around 4.9 times the area of a 35mm neg, and can therefore be enlarged much
more (it captures more detail, all other things being equal).
