It almost sounds as if you might be confusing the wind with the rewind. If
its just a floppy rewind handle, it is likely an easy fix. I've put mine
together wrong before, and had to redo it. The spring gets out of place
easily. Or I suppose it could be missing the spring. One of the more tech
guys can likely explain it best.
