Sound sto me like a problem with either YOUR flash, and not representative
of most OM4-t32 setups. Being that it worked poorly with both the OM4 and
2, I would venture a guess that the TTL circuit in your T32 is shot.
Especially if it works fine using the auto-thyristor and NOT the TTL
circuit. Perhaps John H can take a look, or maybe it's time to let it die &
get a new one. T-20's are cheaper, readily available, and will work
incredibly well compared to a broken T32 if cash flow is a problem.
With my ol' OM 2, I was disappointed every single time
with the T32 in TTL. At first I thought it was
because the silly shoe wasn't up to the job of holding
the T32 vertically, for portraits. (Duh!)
