Yes, I think they say it is THE most popular Nat Geo picture, and I know
some people said it is way overused.
On the flip side, I know people who got into the plights of the Afghan
people because of the picture. Thus is the power of Photography. To me, it
has as much power as the Vietnamese girl running down on the bridge with
the napalm burn.
We do bring things to a full circle, don't we? I hope your life as an
Afghan orphan is a bit less harsh than hers was.
