[OM] Dave Bulger

Anyone heard from Dave Bulger recently?  I really need to track him down and
he's not responding to emails. I know he was having health problems, so I
hope everything is OK.

I'm concerned about him, but also a bit selfish.  He has a Black 4T, a 21/2
and a Sprintscan 4000 of mine :)
