Take some nice color negative film. It gives you 3 stops of latitide on
the overexposure side to handle all the detail in the highlights and a
stop on the under side. Then you can spend time taking pictures instead
of obsessing about exposure latitude and whether to expose 1/4 or 1/3 or
1/2 stop over or under. Shoot at the rated speed and get on with life.
Of course, I prefer prints to slides anyway.......... And if I don't
think the color is what I remember, or what I want, I change it in PS.
