Do the M.Grip Cords 1 and 2 both fit the BG2 and T45?

No.
The M.Grip Cord 1 is shorter than the M.Grip Cord 2.
BG2:
You can use either one with the BG2 and a winder or motor drive. With the
M.Grip Cord 1, put the right angle end into the winder or motor drive, and
the straight end into the BG2.
T-45:
The M.Grip Cord 1 is too short to reach between the winder or motor drive
socket and the socket on the T45. The longer M.Grip Cord 2 is required to
reach between the two. In addition, both ends of the Cord 2 are right
angle plugs (versus just one end on the Cord 1). If you look at socket
placement on both winder/drive and the T-45, this makes sense to keep from
accidentally breaking the plug tip off in the socket on the T-45. [Risk of
this with the BG-2 socket location is not nearly so precarious.]
Additional notes about Metz G16 Grip:
(a) The M.Grip Cord 1 is also too short to make the reach with this grip
(just barely too short). The M.Grip Cord 2 is long enough.
(b) I modified an M.InFocus Trigger Cord, which is slightly longer than the
Grip Cord 1, to use with the Metz G16 Grip. While the M.InFocus Trigger
Cord has sub-mini phone plugs at both ends, it's not the straight-through
connection required for use as a Grip Cord. My modification bypassed the
teeny-tiny circuit board inside the button end of it to make it a
straight-through connection. Modification requires low-power fine-tip
soldering iron for working with very small parts on circuit boards and
performing this surgery under a large magnifier for working on small things
is recommended.
