Greetings everyone, this is an introduction. My name is Amiruddin and reside in
Singapore. On my birthday in 1979, I was gifted my first SLR ? an OM1N and has
been using Olympus ever since. I was introduced to this list courtesy of Gary
Reese (bought his Zuiko 50mm 1.4) and have bought items from Tom Scales, Gary
Schloss, Chip Stratton and Scott Gomez.
I currently own 5 bodies and several lenses. However I must admit that I am
grateful for eBay for the OM purchases that is not available to Singapore.
I am a Flight Engineer on the B747 working for Japan Airlines but based in
Singapore. I do get to fly to the states rather often though. Flying now is
hard work even for the cockpit crew. We are subjected to the same restrictions
as passengers regarding hand carried items. No working tools e.g. screw
drivers, are allowed. The only weapon allowed are the all reliable CROSS pens.
