I've got the 19-35 Phoenix, which I think is the same as the
Vivitar, and those who know better than I do say they are both
made by Samyang. All you have to do is hold it in your hand to
realize how light and plasticky it feels compared to a Zuiko, but
it performs exceptionally well, particularly since it sells for a
comparatively paltry $139. My main gripe is that it takes 77mm
filters and all mine are Zuiko size -- 49, 55 and 72. I recommend
it. For what it is, it is what it is, and that is enough for what
it is. :-)
