You received your bill from the USPS for your emails yet? You paid it
yet? Failure to pay on time results in all inbound and outbound emails
being blocked until amount due plus late penalties and interest are
paid. Ultimately they use the IRS to sieze your house, car, boat, dog, cat
and all personal property (but leave you with spouse and kids).
The rumor about the USPS wanting to charge a fee for email is *pure* Urban
Legend.
