Try it both ways - it may depend on your scanner, though it is usually best to 
scan real b&w prints as greyscales.  Printing and posting is different - if you 
have a photo editor that is capable, I recommend trying duotones converted to 
RGB.

BTW - you are posting in HTML or rich text - generally considered a breach of 
list etiquette by the Digest readers.
