The XA is a fabulous camera. I love mine. I got it on E*ay and fixed the
cover, needed a tiny ballbearing so it'd click open/shut. The .85 min focus
has never really bothered me. I guess because I've always used mine hiking for
landscapes/people shots etc. Get one, and if you don't like it, sell it. I
bet you'll keep it though.
