[OM] synch to TV

I wonder if it's synced to the TV so it flashes only during the interframe
interval? (every 60th of a second)

That would probably be, from my experience in TV (some years ago), virtually
impossible. It would be impractical aw well, as the duration of really big
strobes is often longer than 1/30th.
