If it's windows 95/98/ME on the FAT file system you can use a file recovery
tool to try and find a restore them. May work for FAT32 file system as well.
Minimize use of *anything* that may write to the disk in the interim. Norton
Utilities used to have such a tool. You could also take a look on the web
for a file "undelete" utility.
If it's Windows NT/2000/XP, you're likely screwed.

I accidentally deleted some photo files. The program I was using didn't send
them to the recycle bin but straight out of memory. Is there any way
possible of retrieving these photos. These were images from a digital camera
which have already been deleted from the cameras memory card.
Can anyone help please!
