I really have no idea. I also haven't run any "scientific" tests; all
I can say is that I was extremely pleasantly surprised when I got back
the first shots taken with it, and continue to be very pleased with
the lens. Having paid only something like $35.- for it I really hadn't
expected it to beat the stolen Zuiko it replaced, let alone as clearly
as it does.
