The genre is called "Postmortem".
I had one in a box of old prints I bought at a yard sale. It looked like a
nice family portrait. The sitters were all poker-faced, but the youngster's
visage was especially grim. Then I noticed all the flowers.
Do a search on "postmortem" and you'll find lots of auctions and bidders.
