[OM] Soligor 24 mm Lens Quality

Hi

I am being offered a soligor 24 mm lens for OM. I am not sure yet what
aperture opening it has. Nonetheless, would anyone on the list have tried
this? How is its quality compared to our Zuiko 24 mm F2.8?
