When 35mm is no longer available, I'll use my YashicaMat.
When 120 is no longer available I'll sketch.

An additional thought. It has been estimated that 35mm film quality
will be equalled when CCD cameras reach 8-9 megapixels. A 6 x 7
negative is about 4.5 times the area of a 35mm frame. So 6 x 7
should have until 35-40 megapixels is reached. So the usual 18 month
doubling of things in computing should give about a year till 8
megapixels? And 3-4 years for 6 x 7 equivalent? Phew. How much will
that be? And the memory systems and computers to process the images.
